      Tried to withdraw money from the ATM and I have plenty in my account. ATM kept saying they were unable to complete transaction. Not a problem on my end, but now I have to drive across town to another bank. Thanks for nothing.

      This place is suspicious. While I had an account there, random small dollar amounts would be deducted from the account, with no description as to what they were. When I inquired as to what they were at the branch, I was either told that the charges “aren’t showing up in their system” or that they were “fees” (this was outside of being charged an “account maintenance fee” each month. Finally, two months after I closed my account and left, they had the gall to send me a notice that I owed them a $4 “service fee” for closing the account. Avoid this place like the plague.
