      Because of previous problems I was not even going to go to another bank but someone convinced me to try Mission Federal & they gave me a $100 and have been nothing but helpful and gracious. Also, every single 7/11 is a free ATM. Hello!!!!!

      Terrible branch. Save your time and go to a better Credit Union, this branch has poorly service, terrible follow up. They only care about new business. Honestly worst experience ever. Save your troubles they are better Credit Union all over San Diego.

      I'll personally be trying another branch, I just can't get clear communication and assistance to be able to get my loan back on track. Times have been really tough and I'm insanely unappriative of the attitude one of the employees had with me today and the fact that it was taking 3 employees to break down the fact of why my payment keeps changing and give me some solid advice of the best way to make my payment and help me out a little. Really made me miss my old bank, the first 2 tellers to help me were actually insanely nice but they skinnier dark haired woman with an middle Eastern accent was just really upsetting and immediately made me not want to return. Maybee have her take a communications class?
