We are brand new customers. We called to set up our online account and the rep wouldn't stay on long enough to ensure that we could log in successfully. He said: "I can't stay on the line because I have other customers I have to help." Not a very nice welcome. We were going to ask about other services and possibly move from our big bank to this credit union. Not now.
