      This place was very professional and quick to help, when i came in i was the only person waiting, doesnt look like the traffic is big on a monday afternoon. They took care of me withing the 2-3 minutes I walked. I like banking with mission fed because it is very simple no hassles ever no charges for having an account and no minimum either to have in their. If you enroll with Edocuments statements that when everything is free to bank with them I believe! Def my one and only favorite.very clean following all covid guidelines. Only 5 people allowed in at one tome too.

      No customer service at all. Have unpleasant experience with Stephanie Lumanlan. She is not even trying to make it nice. Basic customer service like Hello, Thank you, Good buy doesn't work at all. Their employees made mistake in our application and wasn't even simple sorry for our time we spent in location. Im in position to support local banks first but not anymore with MissionFed. Thank you Stephanie

      Worst banking customer service. Don’t know how these people got hired at this bank. Terrible attitude. You ask them a question, they reply with another question. Totally disregard your concern and your question.
