I have been banking with Mission Federal for about five years. My main beef with them is on a regular basis, they will flag your debit card for fraud, and you need to call their number and talk to two agents and they ask twenty questions each. I am writing this as I am on hold for thirty five minutes to get my debit card working again. I would rather be spending time with my family than typing this review. This has happened about four or five times. Usually it happens when I am traveling on business. I learned to have backup cash and credit card as backup. This time it happened when I am home so I get to write this review. Other than the hyper sensitive fraud detection and high friction, time consuming and old fashioned way to resolve, banking with them has been good. My suggestion is for them to hold their debit card vendor to a higher standard. I am sure there are other card service companies that can provide these services which have more advanced ways to detect and resolve fraud.
