Don’t waste your time at this branch. I would only go to the Napa Street branch if you’re in the area. Every experience I’ve had at the branch is over 30 minute wait time and they still don’t know how to service with a smile. Was told by the online service people to come in to accomplish the task I was looking to do and this branch had no clue as to how to help me after being in there for 40 minutes.

Extremely rude teller that scoffed at me when I didn’t know the exact amount of cash that I came in with. Proceeded to blame her laziness and lack of desire to count my money on possible error with the money counter, followed by condescending remarks on what to do next time as if I haven’t ever been to a bank before.
