      I should have posted this review a few months ago based on the wonderful service and experience I had doing business with Art Polanco and Mari Herrera (Mission Mortgage Co.) after having such bad experiences with other mortgage companies I was giving up on doing a re-fi On my property. Art was highly recommended by a good friend of mine so I thought I would give him a chance. Art and his team were very professional, courteous very timely and every question or concern I had they responded as quickly as possible. Most importantly they worked with me and got me the best rate possible. I would definitely do business with them again and I highly recommend them as well.

      I did not have a good experience with Mission Mortgage Company and Mari Herrera. I have sent all my information to her for cross qualification and after attempting to contact her via txt, email, call she still did not get back. I was not able to get a quote from them and that shows a lot about their work. I would look to get a loan from another mortgage company, because Mission Mortgage is extremely bad at getting back to people and responding back.
