      Negligent, Careless, Poor Communication is the best way to describe Mission Mortgage. I thought I was in good hands with loan officer Hunter since I have been working with him for over a year to get my approval. The conventional approval letter was as useful as trash since I came to find out that it takes about 5-10 mins to enter all information into the Fannie Mae system prior to issuing a letter which was not completed. Numerous incorrect reports received, inaccurate numbers, and requests for wrong monies as if transactions were jumbled.  Finally offer Accepted, passed the option period and I never heard anything and I had to call to get a status update. Then I was ignored and talk to supervisor Lauren. She said "You are good to go". She never returned any of my phone calls or messages after several days. That's just rude. Right at the last minute the deal fell through Even though all my information remained the same and my credit actually increased. So I lost over a month of looking, my option fee money, inspection fee money. Also since I had already put in my notice my landlord then said that since I terminated to buy something that fell through due to mission mortgage they increased my rent to inflated market rate of nearly 20% more. So now I have lost money, months of my time and now I have to look for another place for my kids and I to live. Since mission mortgage has offered no remedies for financial reimbursement I have no choice but to file a complaint with texas.gov and/or others. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY because you could end up with huge loss and out on the streets.
