Mitch is the best loan officer you could ever ask for. He will grind to get you the best deal! As first time homebuyers we had lots of questions and Mitch answered all of them as a true expert, even the dumb ones! Very response to text and calls, like he will answer any question within 15 mins no matter the time of day. If you’re building, talk to Mitch before going with your builders “preferred lender” to avoid getting forced into a bad deal even when immediate savings are promised. Overall we are highly satisfied with Summit Home Loans and Mitch as our loan officer.
