      The most incompetent customer service I have ever encountered. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. They don't seem to understand the difference between an ATM card and a debit card. They reported the former as lost because I told them I never received the debit card for my newly opened checking account that they told me I needed due to transaction regulations on savings accounts. Then, to add insult to injury, they enrolled me automatically (I had to "opt out" if I didn't want it) in a share to share program that was supposed to protect the account from overdraft fees. Want to guess what happened? They charged me $5 so that they could cover a transaction that hit my checking account with MY MONEY from MY savings account. Excuse me? And of course they can automatically enroll me, but to opt out, I have to do so in writing, not on the phone. I thought that credit unions were supposed to be more customer friendly than the corporate banks. I shouldn't have to spend an hour and a half of my Saturday morning on the phone only to find out that they can't even help. I will be closing my accounts with them on Monday.
