      On the contrary, I had no problems getting my loan approved within 3wks of sending all the necessary documents. They explained and kept me informed during the entire loan process. The interest rate was excellent and comparable with the exiting market. And the money was wired into my account the day after closing. My agent made it so easy! I am completely satisfied with MK Lending.

      Do not use them. They are a dishonest greddy company. How are you gunna lock a rate on a denied Loan you throw more shade than a palm tree. What goes around comes around. 16k in closing costs!? you have no shame in your business. I hope anyone reading this stays far away from this establishment.

      Stay away from this home loan broker. Moises Urbina says he has many years of experience in the home loan field. We were days away from closing on a new home in Buena Park. We followed everything that he asked to do. Told us everything was fine. Then he drops a bombshell and says we were denied in underwriting. Something he could have informed us weeks ago and we could have looked for other lenders. DO NOT USE MK Lending Corp aka US HOME LOAN LENDING!!!!! They will tell you everything is fine and then screw you. This guy is a total scammer. I never write reviews but felt compelled to let as many people know this broker is a scam artist. For your sake, do not use them.
