      I've been working with MM Lending for a year. They have been absolutely great to work with. Most hard money lenders promise you all sorts of things and never deliver on the any of their promises. That's something you can't say about MM Lending. They've over delivered and under promised, to say the least. My go to person is Wendy, she's been very informative.
