      I honestly don't know what value this property management company adds to our neighborhood, besides providing a convenient portal to pay our HOA dues. The property manager is not responsive and does not address our neighborhood's concerns.

      There is a general consensus in my neighborhood that our property manager simply does not care about our concerns. Collectively, we've brought up an issue to her on several occasions. We understand that she may not have the authority to fix our problem but also think there must be something that can be done. There seems to be a general apathy to our concerns, which is particularly frustrating because our concern is a noise and safety issue. I haven't heard back to my July 9th email and won't hold my breath. A little bit of care goes a long way.
