I know this is the largest title company in Bryan county, but sometimes size and service are not directly correlated. If you have other choices, I would recommend them.

I'm editing this review as they reached out to me to clarify the contract with me because I wasn't understanding the wording correctly. I went through this company during the purchase of my land. They did an excellent job considering the person who we bought it from was out of country which made it very difficult to finish. Now on my end it actually only took 10 minutes to go in and sign the paperwork. Very friendly and will take the time to explain things to you that you might not understand. I highly recommend this company!
