      OMGosh! I cant say enough.The professionalism was spot on at all times. I was looking into refinance and the checking rates, really not sure what I wanted to do or direction I wanted to take. Jordan was there!!! She gave me a call, listened to my concerns and explained all my options, and walked us through the process. Most everything was completed securely online. Any delays in the process were on our end, certainly not hers. Not once did I feel like a number or a job to her. Jordan is passionate with what she does and is very knowledgeable. She was in constant contact with me, either by email or phone. She proposed several options for us and in no way did she try to sway us one way or the other. It was our decision and she wanted us to be happy with our decision. I would highly recommend Modern Mortgage and absolutely would use them again if the need arose.
