      I would mark "Horrible and an absolute waste of money and time" if I could. Save yourself a headache (and your money)and find another law center, especially if you are dealing with Kevin Rasher who claims to be an attorney, but is not a name you can find on the California list of credited attorneys or under the California Bar. A monkey could have handled my case as smoothly as he did. Do your homework on him. I did and read horrible reviews on him and learned the hard way, to take into account what other people's experiences are. I believe he renamed his company at one time to hide from another rash of bad reviews. I requested a refund from him numerous times and he ignores my requests and blames someone else at his company (which he is probably the owner of...) I have never worked with anyone more shady and dishonest and I used to work for the Sheriff's Office!
