  I have had three great experiences with MoFin lending and my refinances. Their process has been much smoother than the other companies I have used. They respond very quickly and make the process super easy. I highly recommend them!

  I own a title company and work with a lot of lenders. Most of our transactions involve real estate investors, and their lenders can often be difficult to work with. Not true at all with MoFin, and the transaction we just handled had the added wrinkle of multiple buyers both using 1031s. Everything was ready on time (and with enough time we didn't have to rush), and it's a nice contrast to some or other lenders, like for example one that has delayed three closings set for today (different parties) because they weren't ready, and I'd recommend you give them a look if you are looking for a lender.

  Our company has worked with MoFin on dozens of deals and we will continue to do so in the future! George, Tyler and James are not only knowledgeable and professional, they are also great, personable guys. They make the whole process seem much easier than I know it is! They streamline every aspect of the deal, allowing us to do more deals than we may have been able to otherwise.
