      Very disappointing customer service. I made 6 calls within the span of a half an hour in an attempt to open an account and learn about what this “money management” agency does. I spoke with representatives named Carlos, Rafael, who both were working from home and disconnected me from the call for no valid reason. I also spoke with a representative named David who seemed to genuinely care about the quality of customer service his coworkers were giving. I requested to speak with his supervisor who he claimed goes by the Dora. He was unable to get in touch with his supervisor. He spoke with another alleged supervisor by the name of Sergio who insisted that I open an account before speaking with a supervisor.... The only reason I requested to speak to a supervisor is due to the very poor customer service delivered by “Money Management International” employees. I truly hope that future/ potential customer see this review and choose to pick a money management/ debt consolidation organization that has their best interest at heart. Thanks for reading!
