      Horrible credit union no customer service skills. They don’t follow their own policies and when their system mess up they don’t own it. Reporting incorrectly to the credit bureaus the list goes on if I could give them no stars I would

      They need to update their website, so your able to retrieve your username as well as your password. It was great that the atm card is now changed to a debit card, but the phone number on the back of tge card is only to report the card lost or stolen, not to check account information, like account balances.

We’ll be happy to help you with your username, upon verifying your identity via a phone conversation. If you still need assistance, please call the office during business hours. Checking account balances are available from online banking, mobile app, and at ATM (where balance is an option).
