      Great Experience… The best place for the most difficult loans. They did everything to help my family get a loan, and buy our dream home.

      I wish I could give zero stars. The buyers of our home is using this place and they are the worst. They don't communicate at ALL. So if you accept and offer with this place as the mortgage pre approval, be warned that you will be held hostage to the contract with no communication as to where they are in the process. My closing was contracted for 8/20/21 (60 days from signing of the contract) and on that day the mortgage lender finally did the appraisal. It has now been two more weeks past the end of the contract date and this mortgage broker has not made any more progress. Patience has been exhausted and the contract is now being cancelled. It is unfortunate for this buyer they will lose their deposit because of this horrible mortgage broker. It is also unfortunate for me that my property has been off the market for 10 weeks now and I have to start this process all over. Again seller BEWARE with this place. They will frustrate and infuriate you beyond your worst nightmare.
