  First time being in a pawn shop and, I have to tell you, I was not ready for how down to warth and welcoming it was. The staff and a regular were chatting amicably and they effortlessly roped me into it... which was a great feeling of community I don't think you get much anymore. I was helped by the assistant manager (whose name I sadly forgot) and he made sure I was completely satisfied with my sale. I will be back to purchase at some point soon (as I did not realize they had such a wife selection of goods!).

  It’s sad that the manager here (Hispanic woman don’t know her name) is rude and very dismissive of your items if she feels they are not worth anything. If I could give her specifically negative stars I would. Also it’s ridiculous that they have multiple male staff on hand working there but when they see you (a woman) bringing in A LOT of heavy items from your car by yourself to try to sell them… they will NOT help or even try to lend an helping hand. Based off of my first (and only) experience that was very negative with the manager lady and her none chivalrous male employees I will NOT be returning to this location to try to sell any of items NOR will I be recommending this place to anyone I know. They need better customer service skills and it really shows. It’s really sad.

  I sold a firearm to this place and it was a great experience. I dealt with Eric. He was very professional and made the process quick and painless. I would definitely recommend the shop and Eric to others. I'll definitely use them again in the future.
