  Staff was very rude and unprofessional if you want to see real money for your high end item I suggest MONEY MART in Pasadena or south Gessner locations they have Better quality of merchandise and Educated staff on high end items going to this location was a waist of time SAVE YOUR GAS PEOPLE

  I remember when this place opened, I loved making deals, and yes even getting a loan once in a while. Head over heels this place always made a profit on me. Then management changed. They are cut-throat, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. If anyone one was ever upside down in my experience with this shop it was me. The funny thing is, I did not mind, because i loved the things I bought here. They just lost a customer, that they made more money on, than lost from me...and you know what. I am okay with that. I would much rather work with people who know I like buying gadgets and trading my old stuff at a loss. In the end, these guys started feeling, creepy.
