  The staff members are very helpful and polite. I was looking for a gift, and my husband wanted to see the firearms. Chris was patient as I looked at the jewelry and handbags--there were so many choices and great designer brands! I found just what I needed. Angel also helped by showing me some new jewelry pieces that had just come in. This shop is bright, clean, and well organized, and the staff is very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to go back!

  This place is an absolute and udder Rip Off! I once again tried to do business with them and once again I left there feeling like I was a victim of a shake down! The woman who I was dealing with was rude and very very negative! She had no clue or any knowledge of the item that I brought in the store. She refused to look my military grade rifle cleaning kit up on line to appraise it so that we could maybe come to an honest agreement of the value. Which was 109$list price. It had never been used ever. She rudely offered me 10$for my item and told me pretty much to take it or leave it! I was only asking 30$. I would have been okay with 25$. I asked to talk to the manager and she rudely replied You're Looking at her! And then looked away and then shouted next customer! At that time an older gentleman intervened and we were able to come to an agreement really really fast. This gentleman was very nice, professional and courtiouse and wanted to be fair with me. Which is more than I can say about the rude woman that I had originally been dealing with. That woman is in dire need of a customer relations course.

  Walked in, attempting to purchase an AR, stood at the gun counter for at least 10 minutes and no one ever batted an eye or asked if I’ve been helped. First time ever coming to this chain of stores, hope they are not all like this.
