      The location in Greenbelt was recently closed so I had to go to Largo and I'm glad I did. Reba Patterson, the member service assistant provide my cousin and me with great customer service, she kept us laughing and engaged while she pulled our information. She got us the information we needed, then went the extra mile and printed us official letters. I thought about changing banks because of the customer reviews but after meeting Reba Patterson I changed my mind because it made me realized not everyone's experience will be like the other reviews. Reba, also wasn't afraid to tell us when she didn't know something, and was willing to find the answer. Thank you, Reba.

      0 stars !! They are scammers !! They did a hard inquiry on my credit report for a mortgage which I never applied for and kept pushing me back to other people. One person told me she was getting me a supervisor then transferred me to a completely different company !! Called back and asked for a supervisor/manager and Anna told me she was one but wouldn’t provide her last name, an id or anything. Saying she’s the only Anna there yet they want me to verify who I am using my ssn and birthday for a mortgage application that I never applied for !!! I’m filing a complaint with the BBB as well!! This is a federal credit union ! I don’t understand how they can be so incompetent and unhelpful.
