When every other broker, loan officer said “no” Hector Reyes and his team didn’t. We had a complicated situation where I’m an Army Veteran with excellent credit and a high debt to income ratio. My husband has mediocre credit and primary source of income. We started out home buying journey mid 2021 and then gave up because we knew there were a few areas that we had to work on to get a pre approval letter. My husband told me to call Hector because he deals with complicated cases all the time. We found out dream home January 2022. Spoke to Hector and he got the ball rolling quick. He and his team are very professional, efficient, and accurate. We were able to close on our home February 15, 2022. Overall we had a great experience with our realtor and lender! We closed on our home perfect timing with a great price and interest rate! Thank you for helping us achieve or dream of owning our home! Definitely recommend!

Worst service. I waited for more than three weeks to receive an answer, I called and they never answered me, nor did they bother to give me the result of my application, and how professional do you think they are? Think it over before you go with the first person. Too irresponsible!
