      Tellers are friendly and helpful. I can always get services I need and with a smile no matter what kind of day they may be having. I appreciate the way the tellers are and how they can get past the hardest of customers.

      I decided to go to this branch instead of the one on telegraph. HUGE MISTAKE. When I pulled forward after my transaction I noticed my ID was never sent back so I drove back around to get it young teller was EXTREMELY rude to me and told me she would have to contact the call center before returning my ID. Two days later I called up there to see if I could come get my ID, they had no record of having it & they refused to look back on the camera to see if one of their staff had take it. I’m sure this branch won’t be open much longer.
