  Mike took amazing care of my clients and this is how they were able to buy a second home at a great rate $30,000 undermarket value and we all know in today market thats hard to come by. My name is Dawn Libiszewski I am a FL. licensed Realtor, with Posh Properties South Fl. My clients were looking to buy a second home and could not get a loan with the usual bankers and lenders. They were at it for about 6 months, many lender wasted their time. Not one leander could figure something out, and my clients have cash and credit just in a different way then most. It was just not working out and they called me one day and said we will have to hold off on our 2nd home.
