      I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with our new home at Overlook At Rockford Falls. From beginning to end the customer service has been exceptional. The sales office as well as the builders team have gone above and beyond our expectation. A special thanks to Amy with the sales team and Kenny with the builders crew. They have stopped what they were doing to help us immediately on several occasions. Amy and Kenny are perfect examples of why Montchanin Builders have such a great reputation.
