Your frontlne workers . . . tellers . . . . do a superb job and I have a banking transaction or multiple transactions most every day. They know me, they know how to handle my accounts, and this comes from them taking a personal interest on how I want my deposits handled. The only negative feedback I can give is I see a LOT of turnover of personnel. I have seen you let go some employees who have worked there 3 to 8 years, who have been EXCELLENT customer service representatives, and it was shocking o hear this. You get comfortable with entrusting your transaction movements with them, and then they disappear. That puts you in the position to have to 'train' a new person on how to handle your multiple accounts. This is a small town and it's easy to find out WHY they were let go. And often it seems very petty. I don't think employees have any job security. As for upper management, I'm sure they are responsible, but I don't know them enough to make judgement.

MBC on Cave Mill Road in Bowling Green,KY is our go to for banking and loans. Friendly and very helpful in any transaction we have ever done with the bank. The facility is very nice, clean and modern, and the staff are always able to help with any questions or concerns we may have. Much more personal than a national chain. I highly recommend them for all you financial needs. Great Job!
