Have used this Bay Area Blvd bank location for at least 12 or more years. I love doing business with them! EVERY employee, in my opinion, goes above and beyond to assist its customers. They also are willing to spend the time YOU need and have never made me feel that they are rushing me. I highly reccomend MOODY BANK to also be Your bank too.

Moody Bank's Electronic system and customer service is garbage right now (didn't use to be). I've been paying my car payment using their electronic bill pay feature and all of a sudden it stopped paying (two months) I sent them a message and they said maybe I didn't do it correctly. Um, it's re-occurring it worked in the past. It's not connecting to the Audi site. So ok, I did the electronic bill pay feature manually for two car payments. A day later it then retroactively pulls to more payments. I just asked you to fix it and you said "not it" but then now it works? Do what I asked the first time. Zoom to this month, now my HOA payment didn't go through. This time, it's the HOA's site that requests Moody to pay. Customer service say, we can't support "their app". I get that but can you look at my account as for every month since I've been paying my HOA it pays it. What I got was "not that I can tell"? " Did you try our electronic bill pay feature? Yeah, you mean the one that I used on my car payment that didn't work? Their systems are failing and it's hurting my credit. It's not like anything has changed. And here's a tip, Trinidad in customer service, rather than questioning if I did it correctly, press some buttons and look to see if I did it correctly. Clearly I did to it correctly as it has worked in the past and is a re-occurring. Your job is to troubleshoot why, not just deny and shrug. If I did a late payment, you'd charge the sh out me. When it's your fault what do I get? Go somewhere else.
