  I just sold my home with Jody Karam as my listing agent. Jody has amazing communication skills and was highly professional throughout the process. His advice to secure a higher than listing price was right on. The part that really stood out was Jody's ability to work closely with us on selecting the proper offer was crucial. The multiple offers scenario could have be overwhelming if it weren't for Jody's insight and coaching. We changed our closing date and Jody and his assistant Stacey Keiper appeared on Easter Sunday to help us move. This gesture goes far beyond my expectations of what a real estate agent should resemble. Thank you Jody and Stacey!

  Words could never describe how incredible is was working with Jody. From the first call we received from him, until closing, and then thereafter he was always extremely professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist us during this transition. From the initial agreement and contract that began back in August, to staying in contact throughout all 6 months to ensure the process stayed on the right path, answered any questions we had, displayed sincere respect and professional representing both the buyers and sellers, and even snowplowed the property prior to us closing so that we didn’t have two feet of snow to dredge through as we walked into the home on our first day. Recognizing this home has very much sentimental value to him and his relationship with the family; I appreciated how he shared stories his memories of the home, with the family, and his relationship and admiration for his friend/home owner. We are extremely blessed that this dream aligned and came true and even more humbled and blessed to have met Jody and formed a friendship along the way. I would highly recommend Jody to anyone looking to begin selling and/or purchasing a home.

  My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Jody through a family friend. He helped us buy our first house this winter. He was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. He was able to find houses to show us within our price range and was very responsive to our feedback. I would have no reservations recommending him to friends/family.
