  I was referred to Joe Hoffman and his team at Mortgage One Northwest. Joe was very quick and communicative on various loans options as well as various processing. He makes it very easy to submit needed documents for loan offers and presents you options so you do not feel pressured to pick a certain type of loan. He is very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what everything means along the way and ultimately helped me get a great rate in the ever changing market we face. I was able to get processed, and have an offer put down and approved all within the course of 7 days. Big thanks to Joe and his team for helping make this possible. -Kenton

  I had a wonderful experience with Joseph Hoffman at Mortgage One Northwest. He was quick to respond to my questions. He worked well into the evening making sure my loan closed quickly. He helped me with my loan documents since I am not a tech savvy person. I appreciated that very much. He is a great loan officer to work with!
