  I had Northeast Ohio Heating & Air Conditioning replace my furnace & AC in January 2018. Neil was amazing. He came out to my home after-hours to check my furnace, as i had very little heat and it was making terrible noises. My furnace was old, in very poor condition, and dangerous at that point, with a severely cracked heat exchanger. He made me a priority on their service list even though it was the height of the busy season. The replacement cost for the furnace and AC was by far the lowest out of 3 estimates. It has been a year and a half and i am still loving my new furnace & air conditioner. Quiet, efficient, and effective. Neil really went above and beyond, as it was nearly zero degrees and blizzard like conditions at the time. He worked over the weekend and into the evening to make sure that my new unit was installed so my home would be warm and safe. As soon as the weather broke, he came back to get my new AC unit up and running. Excellent customer services. I highly recommend this company.
