      Jeff and his team at Mortgage Resource Group were a fantastic resources as my wife and I navigated the home buying process for the first time. Jeff was thoughtful, patient, expert, and most importantly, kind. There was never a moment where I felt that I couldn't ask a question or try to obtain additional information.       Scott Webster was helpful responding to questions, but NOT very helpful in securing the best rate for us. All the way up to closing, he put me off trying to get a lower interest rate, saying there was no way he or the lender could do it. He told us after closing to come back in to see if he could get us a lower rate....be wary of this tactic as he's just putting you off. I should have backed out and found a better lender, but I didn't. So, I'll clear my worries and tell you not to use Scott or the mortgage resource group. You can do better elsewhere.
