  Ray and his team helped my husband and I buy our home almost a year ago now and we couldn’t be more thankful for our experience with them. We are now happily settled in and starting our family together. My relationship with Ray began many years ago when I was searching for my first time as a single person and I was more than happy to work with him again when my husband and I started looking to buy a home together. Ray’s knowledge and information really cut through the noise of the financing process and helped us realize our full buying potential. In a market that is far too fast paced, Ray was more than willing to slow it down and spend as much time as we needed to make sure our homebuying experience was exactly the right one for us. I would recommend him to anyone needing to secure a mortgage. He is absolutely number one in our book!

  I first met Ray in a Business Networking group we were both in in about 2004. His personality is very contagious and his passion is evident! We have recommended him and used him on multiple occasions. Well he came through once again! We were returning to the area, but a lot of our files and paperwork were in our other home, some 200+ miles away. Ray and April were helpful and accommodating to assist in getting info needed. We asked him to help us with mortgaging a new home.... simple right!? We asked if he might get lender to close in a three week time period. Mr. Ray Premuroso and his wonderful assistant April came through! Ray alsodrove about 45 minutes to be with us during the closing! In my opinion, it would behoove you to use anyone else for your mortgage needs. Thank you so much Ray!!!!!
