  We recently sold our house through Rick Kendrick, North Palm Beach real estate agent. We highly recommend them. They were efficient, professional and excellent at communicating with us on every aspect of the process. Always helpful if we had any questions and go back to us with answers quickly. My husband and I are so grateful to Rick and Jen. We sure miss them. In the long run, they were able to find our perfect home near our grandchildren and we couldn't be happier.   We want to thank all that Rick and Jennifer did to help us and for all they did when we purchased our home in North Palm Beach. We have never had a better experience when dealing with a real estate office. Both were professional, courteous and extremely responsive. I would even text Rick at 7 am and in the evenings and he would respond immediately. Rick handled a difficult negotiation with a difficult client (me) and got the job done. Even when it appeared the deal died because of price, Rick resurrected the negotiations. Jennifer took care of the details after the contract was signed, and before closing and was on top of everything. When I asked a question, she had an answer within a day. Even after we closed, Rick and Jennifer have continued to respond to our questions in an extraordinarily timely fashion. The team deserves 5 stars…and higher, if it were available. They are incredible team, and did an incredible job to make our buying experience as fluid and as painless as possible.
