I want to provide feedback on our experience working with Roberto. First I want to note that he was the 5th person we had worked with to try to help us fix our credit and guide us on the right direction to get approved for a home, we had big hopes but also based on our past (bad) experiences did not expect much but were definitely hopeful. Well, we have a home now and can not be happier and more thankful with Roberto for his dedication, excellent customer service, for all of the great advise, for working after hours on our complicated case/loan, for answering all my questions, for the continues calls to just check to see if we were doing okay and if we had any concerns.
