      He went above and beyond when a quirk in our financial situation eventually got us declined by other lenders, even after we had been easily pre-approved, due to an obscure rule. Other lenders would only offer an adjustable rate, but he qualified us for a fixed rate. Our loan through him has the lowest interest rate by far of others we were offered. We are so thankful to have the fixed rate loan at this time!!!

      I applied and didn't get a preapproval until about 2 weeks when I called, emailed, and texted asking for a response. They do not have pressure sales people. I ultimately apied through someone else and they were great at communication and had the process moving along just great.
