  We bought our house with Julie Abel, and bought and sold two rental units through Julie and Jeff. They are excellent. They have a keen insight into the market, they worked hard to get us the best results in each transaction, they quickly gained a clear understanding of our needs and what worked best for us. Can't image working with a better team!!

  We worked with both Julie and Jeff on buying a new property and selling another one (in order to make the purchase of the first possible). They were unfailingly timely and friendly. In addition, their "strategy" about how to buy a property in a tight market was remarkable, perhaps even prescient as it turned out. The purchase wouldn't have happened without their expertise. We were very pleased with the Abel Team. They are professional and a pleasure to work with.

  Julie has been assisting me to find the perfect property, for the past couple of years. When the one for my husband and I was available, she contacted me immediately. Julie was very passionate about helping us, and the whole process went very smoothly. Her contact with us, via phone, text, and email was very helpful. We felt like we could trust her judgement to give us accurate information, when we were not able to be there, as we are from Iowa, and were purchasing in Colorado. She was very personable, and she went above and beyond to make sure the deal went through and was acceptable to us. We would highly recommend Julie as an agent. Her husband was also helpful in videoing the property and providing other information which we needed, as well. The Abel Team was very helpful in so many ways, and we are grateful for their help to find a dream come true property for us. Thank you so much!
