      Mortgage X-Change are indeed the experts hands down!!! I am a first time homebuyer and I was so intimidated from hearing all of the horror stories. David and team were the absolute BEST to work with!!! I hardly even noticed I was actually going through the whole "home buying" experience until afterwards! No joke! He made everything so easy!       I used to be an admin for a real estate agent and worked with Dave on previous transactions. He was always our favorite lender to work with because he gets the work done accurately and quickly. When it was finally time for me to be the client, there was no question on who the lender would be. Dave is always quick to respond and answer any questions you may have. He was also good about checking in and keeping us updated throughout the process. Dave is very knowledgeable and confident in what he’s doing, which is appreciated in such a crazy market.
