  I recently worked with MortgageCS for the purchase of my first home. From my initial dealings with Ben (CEO) and Alec (COO), who are the Co-Founders, I was able to get answers to all of my questions with concrete answers. They were also extremely responsive, providing pre-approval and approval letters within minutes, an absolute necessity in this housing market. Ben assisted me in locking in a rate that, by the time we reached closing, saved me more than $600/month in interest! As the process continued, I worked with Melissa, Director of Loan Production in gathering all of the financial documents and information to secure my loan. This portion of the process was by far the most labor-intensive and Melissa made everything as simple and straightforward as possible. The MortgageCS online portal/document submission made everything easier as well. Finally, I worked with Shannon, the Closing Manager, in the final weeks to finalize everything for closing. Ben, the CEO and Co-Founder, attended my closing in person and was there to explain everything to me. Both the Title Agent and the Real Estate Agent made a comment about how nice (and unusual it was) to have the Mortgage Broker present in-person at the closing, which says a lot. From start the finish, the entire team did a tremendous job to make an inherently painful process as smooth and painless as possible. I will certainly use them in the future for any purchase or re-fi and I would highly recommend MortgageCS to friends and family.

  Moving back to PA from TX was a breeze because of this team! I tried using a big bank to buy a home, but they were slow and not helpful. As soon as I talked to Ben and Alec, I knew we made the right choice to help us with all the paperwork and questions/answers with buying a new home. The team really went above and beyond, Christine and Shannon did all the leg work bringing the loan to a close and on time! Highly recommend, especially in the confusing world of mortgage lenders and brokers, everyone at MortgageCS will help you and give you all the answers.

  I thought getting a mortgage/home was gonna be a terrifyingly overwhelming experience, at least that's what everyone we know told us, but that wasn't the case. Ben, Alec, Shannon and Melissa made sure this process was as smooth, simple and convenient as possible. They were really communicative, kept us and our realtor updated; always available and willing to explain every single little question of ours. Best part, they prepared us before our closing so when the time came we had no questions and got out of there with our keys in less than 30 minutes. Great experience! Great Service!
