Kevin Callender assisted my wife and me in obtaining a mortgage for our forever home. Kevin listened when I explained how much of a budget I had to work with for closing costs and down payment, as well as how much of monthly mortgage payment I could afford. Kevin ran my personal information and said that he could make it all work! Kevin is a “rain maker” he followed through with everything he said he could do. When we went to our closing everything was great! And all of the closing numbers were perfect. Kevin’s communications skills are top notch! I sometimes would receive a text messages before 8:00am. My wife and I could not be happier! Not only with our new home. But having Kevin providing us with a mortgage. Ed W
