  After putting up with my constant questions, Tom got us into our house two years ago. Over the past couple of years, he reminded me that he wanted to refinance because of the PMI I had to pay. When September (two-year mark) rolled around, we started the paperwork. I didn't have as many ridiculous questions this time, not that it would have mattered. Tom is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Everything went smoothly and we closed November 1 ... only six weeks from application! I have absolutely no problem recommending both Motto Mortgage and Tom MacArthur!

  Tom MacArthur is my go-to guy here. I've worked with him over the past couple years. He is super responsive and knowledgeable and extremely friendly. You'll want him to be your best friend. Tom was my original mortgage broker for my house when I bought it. After a year of owning, I decided to refinance since rates are low and I had Julio as my loan officer and he was amazing as well. Julio was very friendly and understanding and very responsive. He let me know if I had to electronically sign documents and answered all my questions, no matter how silly I felt they were. Motto Mortgage is a company that I can't say enough good things about. They make you feel like you are the most important client to them and they work their magic to get you the best deal for your financial situation. Ask lots of questions and tell them your concerns and they will make sure you are taken care of. Other mortgage brokers I have worked with in the past felt like they were selling you something. They had a sales pitch and it felt too scripted. Motto Mortgage has never felt like that. They have felt like family friends and I 1000% recommend them. They will do everything in their power to get you the best mortgage loan and you won't want to switch brokers.

  We worked with Timmy Jason Horlacher and he did a great job. We appreciated the fact that he kept us in the loop throughout the process. Jason worked hard to get us the best rate possible. When we were signing our final docs the Notary commented "Boy you received a great rate!" It was clear that Jason was empathetic/understanding how to deal/work with seniors, which we are. If we ever got stuck on anything in dealing with the computer, he would "screen share" with us... in other words he would take steps to be able to see my computer screen allowing Jason to help guide us through to completion on the step(s). His approach was such that we felt we had our loan officer right next door to us holding our hand IF we needed the help. I would recommend MOTTO, but especially Jason to anyone! Thanks Motto! Thanks Jason!
