      I have to say that we did close on the house we wanted to purchase and received a great rate, but that is the only positive things I can say. Our loan officer was extremely hard to get in contact with on a day to day basis and sometimes he wouldn’t respond for two or three days. Rarely responded to emails or phone calls, really only communicated through text messages. The worst part was we had to initiate every step of the process. The appraisal wasn’t even ordered until we asked him about it multiple times (ordered two weeks after the contract was signed). In the end we had to pay for a rush on the appraisal and still weren’t even able to meet the closing date. This affected our move in date and when I was supposed to start my new job….
