      Working with Mr. David Montgomery was a seamless process. A definite smooth operator. He is comfortable with the process for VA loans. If you have all your paperwork on-hand and ready to go, then he'll update you with what he needs. First viewing to closing date was approximately 2-1/2 weeks. Your mileage may vary, depending on numerous outside factors, but David won't be the one to slow you down! I would definitely work with this company again!

      The loan officer completely gave us the run around. He set appointments with us and showed up late. He never delivered with any definite answer to any questions we had. Finally after 2 weeks of getting the run around from this guy we decided to move on to another company we were pre-approved the same day.
