      I was referred to motto secure by a friend of mine that had a good experience when refinancing. I shopped around to see who could help me and I found a lot of companies willing to talk and pull my credit ASAP, but once my initial appointment was done, I heard nothing back. When they did reach out it was several days later, even weeks. I understand people are busy but come on! NOT my experience with John and Mario, they reached back out when I had questions thru text, email, and even a phone call. They reviewed my situation thoroughly and answered any questions I had and provided answers with solutions. I felt like I knew where I was in the loan process and what was needed all the way to our closing date. Thanks a bunch, guys!
