      I applied for an auto loan with MACU and was approved. After the approval I set up delivery with the dealer and waited to receive the vehicle. After multiple delivery delays I cancelled my purchase with the dealer and let MACU know that the loan could be cancelled as well. MACU pushed back saying that they would need the check back from the dealer (who was having difficulty locating the check). Although MACU just as easily could have contacted the dealer and verified the cancellation of the purchase and then voided the check I had to jump through hoops with both companies and ultimately was able to get the dealer to find and return the physical check. MACU has since received the check and been informed again the loan should be cancelled. Instead, they have deposited the check to my savings with an extended hold (again this is their own check which they can verify funds on) and then failed to contact me to let me know what they were doing with the funds. Given the ongoing nature and back and forth to get this resolved (which it still has not been resolved) the service I would expect to receive from a credit union has been subpar. Roscoe P.

      Not much to say. Was there on business to discuss tech solution with executive team. They were very pleasant and professional people. This is the corporate offices. Not a branch.
