  Have an account with this bank and they seem to not be able to keep their promises and will tell you they got everything fixed over the phone and then month after month the same problems comes up . Over charging on car payment and stealing money . Spoke with 3 different people to hopefully fix my problem but nothings changed so I can only imagine what in person would be like since they can’t fix a problem over the phone

  I have only visited this branch twice, and both times they have really struggled to meet my needs. The first time they printed me a credit card, but half of the numbers on the back of the card didn't print, and they offered me no recourse for fixing it. The second time I attempted to open a new account, and they put the account under my spouse's name instead. It's also worth noting that even during the height of the pandemic I never saw any employee wearing a mask or attempting to social distance, which was disconcerting.
