  Best bank/credit union my wife and I have ever experienced. Glad we made the switch from Wells Fargo and NFCU. Mac is helpful and friendly. Got us in and out fast and efficiently.

  Unwilling to help us in person with our questions, told us we needed to do everything through emails and the app. Very unhelpful and poor customer service. In the 5 plus years I've banked with them it's always been a good experience until now.

  Today is my first day with the account opened. Called, talked to someone, they told me to come in and ask for them. Which I did, was told by someone else to have a seat and they’ll be right with me. 10-15 mins later, that person who told me to wait, has several people get helped before me. I’ll try a better location, if not I’ll close my account and try a better credit union. Not a good first impression.
