  Tellers are always very personable and courteous. Service is quick and accurate and the business hours are convenient. There aren't many banks open until 6 p.m. during the week days.

  About 15 years ago I opened up a savings account in order to get a car loan here. I paid off the loan many years ago. A few years ago I moved back to Albuquerque and decided to close out my savings account and get my money. They told me that since I hadn't had any contact with them for so long that they closed my account and I had zero money with them!!!!! Some rude guy at the branch told me that I might be able to find my money at a lost money government website but that didn't happen despite my looking several times over the last couple years. I still to this day receive offers by email from this organization. They obviously have no problem keeping in contact with me to try to get more of my money!Stay away!!!!
